1-Learn: - whatever we learn in our university and beyond its walls is not as the work field require and many of us says that what we learn in university doesn’t match what companies or the work field uses this mythology or steps so through a specific project we will make them use what they have learned.
2-Understand: - Understand his/her rule well in the job he/she is going into and his/ger rule
in actual life and in any company
3-Implement: - if the member understands his topics and methods then we will need him to use them in implementing a specific project related to what he have learned and understand and that will make the concepts of any topics more clearer to him
4-Work: - if the member project has passed, and contains all the desired element to be a real project that he and his team can put in the market and competes other products and projects, then we will recommend him to company that its work is in the field related to his project or a company that requires persons who have skills that our member have. Those four stages we believe that it will help us to deliver a worker not a student a person who can gather his ideas and make the Impossible possible so
