بحضور عدد من الوزراء ورجال الأعمال، نظّمت مؤسسة كيميت بطرس غالي للسلام والمعرفة ندوة حول تأثير الحرب في المنطقة على اقتصاديات الطاقة.
اشار رجل الاعمال ايمن عباس ان اضطرابات سلاسل الإمداد، وأمن الطاقة، وتقلبات الأسواق العالمية، لها انعكاسات على مستقبل الطاقة في ظل التحول نحو المصادر المتجددة.
وأكد الدكتور محمد فاروق على أهمية تنويع مصادر الطاقة وتعزيز الاستثمار في الطاقة النظيفة، مع إبراز الدور المتنامي لمصر كمركز إقليمي للطاق.
كما أشار الأستاذ ممدوح عباس إلى التحديات الاستثمارية التي تواجه القطاع، خاصة ارتفاع تكلفة التمويل، مؤكدًا أهمية تحقيق توازن بين الدولة والمستثمر لضمان استقرار السوق
وأكد المشاركون أن مصر تمتلك فرصًا قوية لتكون مركزًا إقليميًا للطاقة، مع ضرورة التوسع في الاكتشافات وترشيد الاستهلاك وتبني حلول تكنولوجية حديثة
وشهدت الندوة حضور عدد من كبار المسؤولين والشخصيات العامة والدبلوماسيين
A wide array of ministers, senior officials, public figures, diplomats, and business leaders were in attendance to discuss the impact of the war in the region on energy economics, a seminar organized by the Kemet Boutros Ghali Foundation for Peace and Knowledge.
Businessman Ayman Abbas noted that disruptions in supply chains, energy security, and fluctuations in global markets have implications for the future of energy amid the transition toward renewable sources.
Dr. Mohamed Farouk emphasized the importance of diversifying energy sources and boosting investment in clean energy, highlighting Egypt’s growing role as a regional energy hub.
Mr. Mamdouh Abbas also pointed to the investment challenges facing the sector, particularly the rising cost of financing, stressing the importance of achieving a balance between the state and investors to ensure market stability.
Participants affirmed that Egypt has strong potential to become a regional energy hub, with the need to expand exploration, rationalize consumption, and adopt modern technological solutions.
