الشباب في مصر دلوقتي قدامهم فرصة يبدأوا يطوّروا مهاراتهم من خلال نموذج Learn to Earn التابع لمؤسسة عبد الله الغرير.

برنامج Nomu Al Ghurair TechUp Explorer هو مسار رقمي متصمّم علشان يجهّز الشباب بمهارات تساعدهم يدخلوا سوق العمل بثقة.

من خلال الشراكة بين مؤسسة عبد الله الغرير ووزارة الشباب والرياضة ويونيسف، الشباب من 18 لـ35 سنة يقدروا يسجلوا في تدريب عن أساسيات الذكاء الاصطناعي والمهارات الرقمية، والبرنامج بيقدَّم بالتعاون مع Udacity علشان يعزّز جاهزيتهم لسوق عمل اللي بيتطور بسرعة.

ومع التحوّل الرقمي اللي بيزيد يوم بعد يوم، بقى مهم إن كل الشباب يبقى عندهم فرصة حقيقية يتعلموا مهارات رقمية مطلوبة في الشغل. المبادرة دي بتيجي ضمن جهودنا المشتركة علشان نواكب احتياجات سوق العمل الجديد، ونفتح قدام الشباب أبواب فرص ليها قيمة وتأثير.

Young people in Egypt can now begin their upskilling journey through the Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation’s Learn to Earn model.

Through Nomu Al Ghurair TechUp Explorer – a digital pathway designed to equip youth with skills for meaningful employment – the Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation, in partnership with the Ministry of Youth and Sports and UNICEF, is offering young people aged 18–35 the opportunity to enrol in foundational training in AI and digital literacy. Delivered by Udacity, the programme strengthens their readiness for an evolving labour market.

As digital transformation accelerates, equitable access to employment-relevant digital skills becomes increasingly critical.

This initiative advances our joint efforts to align youth capabilities with future workforce demands and prepare them for meaningful employment.

افتتاح أكاديمية شباب بلد، إلى جانب توقيع شراكة استراتيجية بين يونيسف ومؤسسة عبد الله الغرير، هما محطتين بارزتين في المبادرة الوطنية شباب بلد، النسخة المصرية من المبادرة الدولية Generation Unlimited.

ومن خلال شراكات قوية واستثمار مستدام في الشباب، يحصل الشباب على المهارات والثقة والفرص اللازمة لبناء مستقبلهم.


As 2025 comes to an end, we reflect on one of our most important milestones: the inauguration of Shabab Balad Academy 💪

The inauguration of Shabab Balad Academy, alongside the signing of a strategic cooperation between UNICEF and the Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation, marks two major milestones of the national Shabab Balad initiative, the Egyptian version of the global Generation Unlimited initiative.

Through strong partnerships and sustained investment in young people, youth gain the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to build their future.

وتهدف مبادرة شباب بلد إلى إنشاء شراكات بين الحكومة والأمم المتحدة والقطاع الخاص والشباب، لدعم انتقالهم من التعلّم إلى سوق العمل، من خلال تنمية المهارات، وتعزيز الابتكار، وفتح مسارات للتوظيف و إيجاد فرص عمل وريادة الأعمال.

ومن خلال شراكات قوية واستثمار مستدام في الشباب، تضع أكاديمية شباب بلد الأساس لنظام وطني متكامل، يزوّد الشباب بالمهارات والثقة والفرص اللازمة لبناء مستقبلهم.



The inauguration of Shabab Balad Academy headquarters alongside the signing of a strategic partnership between UNICEF and the Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation are milestones of the National led initiative Shabab Balad, the Egyptian version of the United Nations global initiative, Generation Unlimited.

Shabab Balad brings together government, the United Nations, the private sector, and youth to support the transition from learning to earning through skills development, innovation, and pathways to employment and entrepreneurship.

With strong partnerships and sustained investment in young people, Shabab Balad Academy lays the foundation for a growing national ecosystem that equips youth with the skills, confidence, and opportunities and connects them with job opportunities to build their futures.
