من روئيه ستراتيجية إلى العمل المنسّق:
تم إطلاق تحالف «شباب بلد» و هى خطوة مهمة نحو تعزيز العمل الجماعي من أجل الشباب في مصر؛ إذ جمع الحكومة والقطاع الخاص والمجتمع المدني وشركاء التنمية والشباب حول هدف مشترك واحد: «الشباب».

يوفّر التحالف منصة للانتقال من الجهود الفردية إلى مزيد من التنسيق، وشراكات أقوى، ومسارات أكثر ترابطًا في مجالات التعليم، وتنمية المهارات، والتوظيف، وريادة الأعمال، والاتصال الرقمي، والمشاركة المجتمعية.

ولم يكن الإطلاق مجرد لحظة للالتقاء، بل نقطة انطلاق لما هو قادم: ترجمة استراتيجية «شباب بلد» إلى عمل منسّق وفرص قادرة على الوصول إلى الشباب على نطاق واسع.

From a strategic vision to coordinated action: Shabab Balad Coalition was launched bringing together partners around a shared ambition to expand meaningful opportunities for young people across Egypt.

The launch of the Shabab Balad Coalition marked an important step in strengthening collective action for young people in Egypt; bringing together government, the private sector, civil society, development partners and youth around a common goal; « YOUTH »

The Coalition creates a platform to move from individual efforts towards greater coordination, stronger partnerships and more connected pathways across education, skills, employment, entrepreneurship, digital connectivity and youth engagement.

The launch was not only a moment to come together, but a starting point for what comes next: translating Shabab Balad strategy into coordinated action and opportunities that can reach young people at scale.

الشباب بيمثلوا أكتر من 60٪ من سكان مصر. وأفكارهم، وطاقتهم، وروح القيادة اللي عندهم من أكبر نقاط القوة اللي بتميز البلد، والاستثمار في إمكانياتهم هو استثمار في مستقبل مصر. 🇪🇬✨

وفي إطار دعم الأولويات الوطنية، انطلق تحالف "شباب بلد" علشان يعزز التعاون والعمل المشترك من أجل فرص أكتر للشباب في كل أنحاء مصر. 🚀

التحالف بيجمع جهات حكومية، ومنظمات الأمم المتحدة، وشركاء التنمية، والقطاع الخاص، ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، وممثلين عن #الشباب من خلال التنسيق والعمل المشترك علشان يوفروا فرص أكبر للشباب للتعلّم، والابتكار، والمشاركة، وتحقيق طموحاتهم.

من التعليم وتطوير المهارات، لريادة الأعمال، وفرص العمل، والابتكار الرقمي، وصناعة تأثير مجتمعي، هدف التحالف إنه يقوي منظومة دعم الشباب لتوفير فرص وخبرات ومسارات لمستقبل أفضل.

Their ideas, energy, and leadership are among the country’s greatest strengths – and investing in their potential is investing in Egypt’s future.

In line with national priorities, the Shabab Balad Coalition has been launched to help strengthen collaboration and collective action in support of youth empowerment and opportunity across Egypt. 🚀

Bringing together government, UN agencies, development partners, private sector actors, civil society organizations, and representatives, the Coalition will help drive strategic alignment and partnership-based action to expand opportunities for young people to learn, innovate, contribute, and thrive.

From education and skilling to entrepreneurship, employability, digital innovation, and social impact, the Coalition aims to strengthen the broader ecosystem supporting young people with access to opportunities, experiences, and pathways for the future.

الشباب في مصر دلوقتي قدامهم فرصة يبدأوا يطوّروا مهاراتهم من خلال نموذج Learn to Earn التابع لمؤسسة عبد الله الغرير.

برنامج Nomu Al Ghurair TechUp Explorer هو مسار رقمي متصمّم علشان يجهّز الشباب بمهارات تساعدهم يدخلوا سوق العمل بثقة.

من خلال الشراكة بين مؤسسة عبد الله الغرير ووزارة الشباب والرياضة ويونيسف، الشباب من 18 لـ35 سنة يقدروا يسجلوا في تدريب عن أساسيات الذكاء الاصطناعي والمهارات الرقمية، والبرنامج بيقدَّم بالتعاون مع Udacity علشان يعزّز جاهزيتهم لسوق عمل اللي بيتطور بسرعة.

ومع التحوّل الرقمي اللي بيزيد يوم بعد يوم، بقى مهم إن كل الشباب يبقى عندهم فرصة حقيقية يتعلموا مهارات رقمية مطلوبة في الشغل. المبادرة دي بتيجي ضمن جهودنا المشتركة علشان نواكب احتياجات سوق العمل الجديد، ونفتح قدام الشباب أبواب فرص ليها قيمة وتأثير.

Young people in Egypt can now begin their upskilling journey through the Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation’s Learn to Earn model.

Through Nomu Al Ghurair TechUp Explorer – a digital pathway designed to equip youth with skills for meaningful employment – the Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation, in partnership with the Ministry of Youth and Sports and UNICEF, is offering young people aged 18–35 the opportunity to enrol in foundational training in AI and digital literacy. Delivered by Udacity, the programme strengthens their readiness for an evolving labour market.

As digital transformation accelerates, equitable access to employment-relevant digital skills becomes increasingly critical.

This initiative advances our joint efforts to align youth capabilities with future workforce demands and prepare them for meaningful employment.
