🧡🔥 **REN Summit 2026 | حين تتحول ريادة الأعمال إلى مساحة للأمل والفرص والتغيير**

لم تكن المشاركة في قمة شبكة ريادة الأعمال للاجئين (REN Summit 2026) في باريس مجرد حضور لحدث دولي، بل كانت فرصة مهمة للتواصل مع مجتمع عالمي يؤمن بأن ريادة الأعمال يمكن أن تكون إحدى الأدوات الفاعلة لتمكين اللاجئين، وتعزيز استقلالهم الاقتصادي، وفتح آفاق جديدة أمام طاقاتهم وأفكارهم وإبداعاتهم.

تكتسب هذه القمة أهميتها من جمعها بين رواد الأعمال اللاجئين، والمؤسسات الداعمة، والخبراء، والجهات المانحة، وصنّاع القرار؛ لبحث التحديات التي تواجه المشاريع الريادية، خصوصًا الوصول إلى التمويل، واستدامة مصادر الدعم، والمناصرة، وبناء منظومات أكثر شمولًا تتيح للاجئين الانتقال من الاعتماد على المساعدات إلى امتلاك الفرص والقدرة على صناعة مستقبلهم.

ومن أبرز ما ميّز القمة التركيز على التعاون والإبداع المشترك (Co-creation)، والانتقال من تبادل الخبرات والأفكار إلى تطوير حلول عملية وجماعية، إلى جانب الاحتفاء برواد الأعمال اللاجئين الذين يحوّلون التحديات إلى فرص، والتجارب الصعبة إلى مشاريع تحمل الأمل والقيمة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية.

بالنسبة لي، تزداد أهمية هذه اللقاءات عندما ننظر إليها من منظور الابتكار الاجتماعي والتفكير المنظومي؛ فتمكين رواد الأعمال اللاجئين لا يتحقق من خلال التدريب أو التمويل وحدهما، بل يتطلب بناء منظومة متكاملة تربط بين المهارات، والموارد، والأسواق، والسياسات الداعمة، والشراكات العابرة للقطاعات والحدود.

كما أن الاستثمار في ريادة الأعمال لدى اللاجئين ليس مجرد استجابة لاحتياج إنساني، بل هو استثمار في القدرات البشرية، وفي التنوع، وفي فرص الابتكار وخلق الوظائف، وفي مجتمعات أكثر قدرة على الصمود والتعافي والنمو.

إن التحدي الحقيقي لا يكمن في إثبات أن اللاجئين قادرون على الإبداع والإنجاز، بل في بناء بيئة تمنحهم الفرصة العادلة لتحويل قدراتهم إلى قيمة اقتصادية واجتماعية مستدامة.

شكرًا لكل من أسهم في جعل REN Summit 2026 مساحة للحوار والتعاون والإلهام. فالحوارات التي بدأت في باريس يجب ألا تنتهي بانتهاء القمة، بل أن تتحول إلى شراكات ملموسة، ومبادرات مشتركة، وفرص حقيقية تصل إلى رواد الأعمال حيثما كانوا.

**لأن الريادة لا تعترف بالحدود، والإبداع لا تحدّه الظروف، والفرص حين تُبنى بعدالة يمكن أن تغيّر حياة الأفراد والمجتمعات.** 🧡

We are pleased to announce that Creativity Lab for Empowerment and Innovation (CLEI) will participate in the Partnership Building Activity (PBA) on Mobility of Youth Workers, taking place from 21–26 September 2026 in Istanbul, Türkiye.

This Erasmus+ PBA brings together youth workers, project managers and organisations from different countries to explore new forms of international cooperation and unlock the potential of KA153-YOU – Mobility of Youth Workers.

For Creativity Lab, this is an important opportunity to:

🤝 Build meaningful and sustainable partnerships with youth organizations across Europe and beyond.

🧠 Exchange innovative methodologies and practices in **creative facilitation, human-centered design, systems innovation, youth participation, experiential learning and capacity building.
