Global Shapers Alexandria Developed and led by inspiring young people with a drive to make a contribution to our community. This initiative is initiated by the World Economic Forum.

The Global Shapers Community is a global network of local communities led by young people who are exceptional in their potential, achievements and drive to make a positive contribution to their communities. We call these local communities “Hubs” and they are based in cities across the world. Each Hub is required to work together and to undertake at least 1 project a year that has positive local im

Starting the new term on high energy! ⚡️
​On Friday, July 10th, we held our first official Alexandria Hub meeting. We kicked things off with a debrief on the Global Shapers Annual Summit, discussing everything we learned and how we can apply those insights locally.
​We also got straight to work planning what this year will look like:
🔹 Setting our hub priorities & strategic goals
🔹 Organizing our hub structure and roles
🔹 Revising and updating our hub charter
​Huge thanks to everyone who showed up ready to brainstorm, build, and lead. Big things are coming to Alexandria this year—stay tuned! 💙
