Recruitment Thursday Recruitment Thursday mission is to organize recruitment-related meet-ups and networking events in Estonia. Once in a month, we plan to arrange a meet-up.

We unite all recruiters from Estonia and we all have same questions and same goals- to find the super talented people and to offer the best candidate experience. The best option to learn is to share our own stories- so let's do that. Our goal is to learn from each other and share our knowledge.

Berit is our Marketing & Communication leader, bringing almost 15 years of strategic experience to the table. She has a proven track record of creating, shaping, and revolutionising initiatives across the industry.

Her addition means we continue to bring both fresh perspective and seasoned expertise to our community strategy. 😍

Throughout her journey, Berit set herself a clear mission: to truly get her hands dirty in every corner of marketing. And she did so proudly.

From project management, event and retail marketing to direct marketing, employer branding and strategic brand & communications leadership, believe us, Berit has explored the full spectrum with curiosity and courage.

Meet Piret Luts , the Chief Alchemist of the Talent Tribe, Global Talent Acquisition Leader, incredible Community Builder, and one of the brilliant, beautiful minds who co-founded ! 🤩
