Dalila Hadjila est une professionnelle passionnée, engagée dans le domaine des droits de l’homme, de la coordination de projets et du travail associatif. Grâce à une riche expérience allant de la gestion administrative à la mise en œuvre de projets sociaux, elle a su construire un parcours marqué par l'initiative et la responsabilité. 💼🌍
Elle a commencé sa carrière en tant qu’assistante administrative avant de se tourner progressivement vers l’associatif, développant des compétences en gestion de projet, coordination et accompagnement social. Son engagement au sein de la Ligue algérienne des droits de l’homme, en tant qu’assistante et coordinatrice de projets (2011-2017), témoigne de son implication dans la défense des droits fondamentaux. 🧑🤝🧑✊
Elle a ensuite renforcé son expérience en coordonnant le projet « Sport pour tous » avec l’Association Femmes en Communication (2017). 💪⚽
En 2021, elle franchit une nouvelle étape en fondant Amel wa Karma ''Espoir et Dignité'', une structure dédiée à la cause sociale, où elle pilote divers projets. Elle assure la gestion administrative et la coordination de projets pour Rana Maakom (2021-2023), travaillant sur le renforcement des capacités personnelles et professionnelles des femmes vulnérables dans divers wilayas. 🌟👩👧👦

دليلة حجيلة هي محترفة ملتزمة في مجال حقوق الإنسان، وتنسيق المشاريع والعمل الجمعوي. بفضل خبرتها الواسعة التي تمتد من الإدارة إلى تنفيذ المشاريع الاجتماعية، تمكنت من بناء مسار مهني متميز يتميز بالمبادرة والمسؤولية. 💼🌍
بدأت مسيرتها المهنية كمساعدة إدارية، ثم توجهت تدريجيا إلى العمل الجمعوي، حيث طورت مهاراتها في إدارة المشاريع، التنسيق والدعم الاجتماعي. إن التزامها في الرابطة الجزائرية لحقوق الإنسان كمساعدة ومنسقة مشاريع (2011-2017) يعكس مشاركتها في الدفاع عن الحقوق الأساسية. 🧑🤝🧑✊
ثم عززت تجربتها بتنسيق مشروع « الرياضة للجميع » مع جمعية النساء في الإعلام (2017). 💪⚽
في عام 2021، خطت خطوة جديدة بتأسيس "أمل وكرامة" وهي هيكل مخصص للقضية الاجتماعية، حيث تقود مشاريع مختلفة. تتولى إدارة المشاريع والتنسيق في مشروع "رانا معكم" (2021-2023)، حيث تعمل على تعزيز القدرات الشخصية والمهنية للنساء الضعيفات في مختلف الولايات. 🌟👩👧👦

She began her career as an administrative assistant before gradually shifting to the associative sector, developing skills in project management, coordination, and social support. Her involvement with the Algerian League for Human Rights as an assistant and project coordinator (2011-2017) demonstrates her dedication to defending fundamental rights. 🧑🤝🧑✊
She then strengthened her experience by coordinating the “Sport for All” project with the Women in Communication Association (2017). 💪⚽
In 2021, she took a new step by founding "Amel wa Karma" ("Hope and Dignity"), an organization dedicated to social causes, where she leads various projects. She manages the administration and project coordination for Rana Maakom (2021-2023), working on strengthening the personal and professional capacities of vulnerable women in various regions. 🌟👩👧👦
