🗣️ Highlights from our third "Speak Up & Lead" English Speaking Class Series! ✨

High focus, dynamic energy, and sharp debates! We gathered at the Skills Centers by Algérie Télécom in Sétif for another impactful English Speaking Class. Our participants tackled a timely and crucial topic head-on: Social Media "Likes" and Self-Worth 💡🔥

Led by Ms. Yousra BENSEBAA, the session went far beyond standard vocabulary practice. Participants tackled critical questions about social media, identity, and digital validation:

💬 Have online "likes" turned our self-worth into a numbers game, or can we separate digital approval from our true value?
💬 How can we protect our mental well-being and build genuine self-confidence in an age of constant online comparison?

From sharing personal stories to discussing how to decouple self-esteem from online approval, everyone brought powerful perspectives to the room. Embodying our classroom motto — "ON FOCUS, ON CREATIVITY, OFF EXCUSES" — participants locked into deep reflection, pitched creative ideas on digital well-being, and set aside all excuses to articulate complex ideas in English with confidence. 💡🚀

The room was full of focus and energy at the مراكز المهارات لاتصالات الجزائر SKILLS CENTER of Sétif as we hosted our English Speaking Class! Participants jumped straight into a fascinating and timely debate: The Short-Attention Generation: "TikTok Brain" 📱🧠

Led by Ms. Yousra BENSEBAA, the session went far beyond standard vocabulary practice. Participants tackled critical questions about our modern digital habits:

💬 Has constant short-form content rewired our attention spans, or are we simply adapting to a faster world?
💬 How can we reclaim deep concentration and critical thinking in an age of endless digital distractions?

From sharing personal experiences to debating strategies for mindfulness and productivity, everyone brought compelling insights to the table.
