What would you ask this year’s Chemistry Laureates?

We’re meeting with Tomas Lindahl, Paul Modrich and Aziz Sancar during the upcoming Nobel Week (6–12 Dec) in Stockholm to film brief one-on-one interviews. We’d love your ideas – and we’re curious to hear their stories – on topics such as their prize-awarded achievements, work and creative processes as well as any inspirational insights that they might like to share. A sample question to get us started: “When or how do you do your best thinking?”

Lindahl, Modrich and Sancar are awarded the 2015 in Chemistry for having mapped, at a molecular level, how cells repair damaged DNA and safeguard the genetic information. Their work has provided fundamental knowledge of how a living cell functions and is, for instance, used for the development of new cancer treatments.
