We are thrilled to partner with the Embassy of India and the Art of Living to host World Mental Health Day on October 10, 2026.

Our sincere thanks to the Honorable Ambassador, Mr. Manish Prabhat ji, for his motivating presence. We also deeply appreciate Mr. Pankaj ji, Mr. Ramachandra, Dr. Hemant, Mrs. Mayuri Sunil, Dr. Bedabrata Saha, and Mr. Moritz for their insightful talks on mental well-being.

Mental health is just as important as physical health, yet so many people continue to fight invisible battles in silence. Let us recognize this and incorporate simple, daily steps into our lives to better manage our well-being.

Finally, we want to extend a huge thank you to all the enthusiastic participants and volunteers who made this occasion special!
