We are very proud that HORA contributed to the first edition of Vejen til Erfaring Copenhagen, in collaboration with and their partners.

As part of the program, our Founder, Floroiu Rasmussen, facilitated 2 workshops grounded in Social Psychology focused on professional and cultural translation.

The session explored how international students and graduates can translate their experiences of living, studying, and working across countries into meaningful value within the Danish context. Together, we reflected on Danish workplace culture, values, expectations, and how to build and communicate a professional profile when developing a career in a country different from your own.

Building a career abroad is not only about qualifications — it is about understanding context, culture, and identity.

Thank you to and People Of 2050 for the trust and collaboration. We are grateful to contribute to spaces that support international talent navigating their path in Denmark.

Dear community, we would like to share with you our ✨ new concept ✨ for HORA!

🌍 HORA is a Denmark-based organisation creating bridges between internationals and Danes. We foster inclusive spaces where people from diverse cultural backgrounds come together to connect, exchange perspectives, and build meaningful relationships grounded in mutual understanding and respect.

Through non-formal education and learning-by-doing methodologies, HORA facilitates knowledge-sharing, cultural dialogue, and skills development. We create environments where individuals can strengthen their competencies, expand their networks, and gain practical tools that empower them to actively participate in society.

🌟 Our work focuses both on community-building and individual capacity development. We support participants in developing confidence, intercultural awareness, collaborative skills, and an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, enabling them to take initiative, contribute to their communities, and create positive impact.

HORA’s mission is to cultivate a strong multicultural community in Denmark that connects people across backgrounds, supports personal and professional growth, and promotes the exchange of good practices and experiences.
