Aus einem Verein, der 2008 mit dem Ziel der aktiven Unterstützung der Buschklinik in Endulen gegründet wurde, ist eine Organisation geworden, die in Tansania nachhaltige Projekte im Gesundheitsbereich durchführt.

What started as a small organization in 2008, providing active support to the bush hospital in Endulen, has developed to become an organization promoting and managing sustainable projects in the health care sector in Tanzania.

We would like to warmly congratulate our scholar Frank Latiael Mbise on completing his Bachelor of Science in Nurse Anaesthesia at Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences!

He wrote his final research report titled "Assessment of knowledge and practice of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) among anaesthesia providers at Muhimbili National Hospital (MNH)" analyzing the extent to which the ERAS protocol is known and applied among different anaesthetic professions.
After four years of study, he has also earned the opportunity to pursue a master's degree thanks to his strong academic performance. Following the valuable experience he will gain working in a peripheral hospital, he will be well prepared to continue his studies in the future.

Wir gratulieren unserem Stipendiaten Frank Latiael Mbise ganz herzlich zum erfolgreichen Abschluss seines Bachelor of Science in Nurse Anaesthesia an der Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences!

Frank verfasste seine Abschlussarbeit mit dem Titel „Assessment of knowledge and practice of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) among anaesthesia providers at Muhimbili National Hospital (MNH)", in der er untersucht, inwieweit das ERAS Protokoll unter verschiedenen anästhetischen Berufsgruppen bekannt ist und auch angewendet wird.
Durch seine durchweg sehr guten Leistungen im vierjährigen Bachelorstudium hat er zudem die Möglichkeit, ein Masterstudium anzuhängen, nachdem er praktische Arbeitserfahrung in ländlichen Regionen gesammelt hat.

Wir sind sehr stolz auf seine Leistung und wünschen ihm alles Gute für seine weitere berufliche und akademische Zukunft!

Bei unserer jährlichen Mitgliederversammlung Ende November 2025 haben wir nicht nur auf ein ereignisreiches Jahr zurückgeblickt und über laufende Projekte gesprochen, sondern auch einen neuen Vorstand gewählt, bestehend aus Saskia-Linda Staemmler, Rosalie Müller, Salome Steinke und David Beck.

Gleichzeitig verabschieden wir uns von unserem bisherigen Vorstand Felix Fuchs, Anna Müller-Fischer, Tiemo Müller and Alina Siekmann und möchten uns herzlich für das große Engagement, die wertvolle Arbeit und die Hingabe bedanken, mit der er Endulen e.V. in den vergangenen Jahren begleitet und geprägt hat und uns auch weiterhin bei unserer Arbeit unterstützt!

During our annual member's meeting at the end of November 2025, we did not only look back on an eventful year and discussed ongoing projects but also elected a new board, consisting of Saskia-Linda Staemmler, Rosalie Müller, Salome Steinke and David Beck.

At the same time we would like to express our gratitude to our previous board, consisting of Felix Fuchs, Anna Müller-Fischer, Tiemo Müller and Alina Siekmann and thank them for their great commitment, valuable work and dedication with which they have shaped Endulen e.V. over the past years - and for continuing to support us in our work.
