Promotion of young women

The founding idea is based on the conviction that socially prosperous, scientifically innovative and economically sustainable development in all countries of the world can only be achieved through the balanced participation of women in all political, cultural, scientific and economic decision-making bodies. Therefore, the main goal of the association is to promote the education of excellent young female students, students and scientists primarily in West Africa and Germany with the aim of achieving equal participation of women in these countries and to intensify cooperation between West Africa and Germany.
