Hello, my name is
Gyöngyi, I come from Hungary.
My academic and educational formation is rooted in the fields of ecumenism, pastoral care, and theology. This background has been further enriched through studies and professional development undertaken in countries such as the US, Hungary, Germany, and Switzerland.
I was a student at the Ecumenical Institute of Bossey during the 2020/21 academic year, in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic.
I carry with me not only the deep academic engagement we shared around ecumenical theology, documents like TCTCV (The Church: Towards a Common Vision) and TTL (Together Towards Life), but also the unforgettable moments of community and discovery. One of my most cherished memories was our group trip to the mountains in Saint-Cergue in the heart of winter — a moment of shared wonder that reflected the beauty of both creation and companionship.
As a Board member, I’m eager to support our shared mission and help strengthen the bonds of our ecumenical community.
Thank you.
