We are delighted to announce the successful conclusion of the "Inspire Inform Perform" Erasmus+ Youth Exchange, which took place in beautiful Stepanavan, Armenia, from September 12-19, 2025.
As the coordinating organization, CODER is immensely proud of the collective impact achieved by the participants and our partners. This project, implemented under the Erasmus+ Programme, successfully brought together passionate young people from Germany, Italy, Armenia, and Georgia to focus on one critical mission: empowering youth as agents of positive change for the environment.
The week was a testament to effective international collaboration, led by the outstanding hosting efforts of Colibri Youth Development Center (Armenia).
Key Outcomes of the Exchange 🌱🤝
The structured, non-formal learning program ensured participants achieved the project's core objectives:
Green Upskilling: Intensive workshops focused on practical sustainability concepts, with deep dives into the ethics of sustainable fashion and the economic potential of green jobs.
Experiential Learning: Participants gained real-world perspective through a crucial study visit to the Aregak Green House in Gyumri, observing local ecological success firsthand.
Community Action: Proving that change starts locally, the group partnered with Stepanavan residents to participate in planting trees and flower seeds throughout the town.
Cultural & Personal Growth: Through structured team-building, peer-to-peer sharing, and engaging intercultural evenings, participants fostered strong networks and enhanced their cross-cultural competencies, crucial for addressing global environmental challenges.
The energy, commitment, and innovative spirit displayed by all participants reaffirmed the vital role of youth in driving the green transition.
A sincere thank you to all our partners and the host team at Colibri for making "Inspire Inform Perform" an inspiring and highly impactful project!
