Leadership and Personality Types - an extraordinary learning experience
At our training, you will work closely together in a group of 20 international trainees and three experienced trainers for four days. We want to strengthen your self-awareness, give you the opportunity to make new international friends and equip you with the attitude, skills and knowledge to take on responsibility. Make your
dreams come true and feel encouraged to take further steps in your European community - and eventually leave your footprints. With a variety of methods such as role plays, videos, team games and group challenges we aim to make you understand and experience leadership, its positive and negative aspects and what it means to take on responsibility. Supported by experienced and certified trainers, EYPers themselves, you will get a clearer picture of yourself and your personality. The world-wide used and recognised MBTI personality profile will provide a structured approach to help you understand who you are, what motivates you, what approaches you typically take when tackling a problem and how you make decisions. Moreover, you will learn about differences in personality types and develop ways of how to best deal with others and motivate and lead different people. You will understand what is important in teamwork and how to make a team succeed. All in all, ‘Lübeck Footprints’ invites you to challenge yourself and grow as a personality, you will learn and experience a lot that will come in handy both in- and outside of EYP, whether it is in your studies or future career. Summer in a beautiful city at the Baltic Sea
The training will take place in the historic city of Lübeck in Northern Germany, near the Baltic Sea. From Wednesday the 8th (arrival until 13:00) until Sunday the 12th of August (departure from 14:00), four training days full of challenge, fun and EYP spirit await you. Travel costs are at your own expense, but - besides excellent train connections - Ryanair flies directly to Lübeck (LBC) and there is a shuttle bus from Hamburg Airport (HAM). Deadlines
