Many of you have asked why JaWeeDE has been relatively quiet.
The answer is simple.
We've spent the past year rebuilding, restructuring, and refining our vision.
From the beginning, JaWeeDE was never intended to be "just another token." Our vision has always been to build real businesses powered by real products, real customers, and real-world utility.

As part of this evolution, all U.S. operations are being consolidated under PhytoTech Holdings Inc., an existing operating company owned by Pete Boehm.
PhytoTech Holdings will serve as the U.S. parent company overseeing REGENX3 Wellness, future wellness initiatives, tokenized commerce opportunities, and related JaWeeDE business interests within the United States.
This structure provides a stronger foundation for growth, operations, fundraising, strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and long-term shareholder value creation.
Most importantly:
✅ All previously granted equity interests associated with the JaWeeDE business venture will be honored.
✅ All ownership percentages previously granted will carry forward into PhytoTech Holdings at the same ownership percentage.
We believe loyalty should be rewarded, and we remain committed to those who believed in our vision from the beginning.
