ضمن إطار تعزيز التعاون بين الهيئة العامة للبحوث العلمية الزراعية والمنظمات الدولية، استقبل الدكتور أسامة العبدالله المدير العام للهيئة اليوم في الإدارة المركزية السيد رامي النجرس الممثل القانوني ومدير مشاريع سوريا في منظمة التنمية الدولية IDO، وذلك بحضور السادة معاوني المدير العام الدكتور نادر أسعد والدكتور عبدالمحسن المرعي، إضافة إلى رئيس مركز بحوث دير الزور المهندس محمد الجاسم.
وتناول اللقاء بحث إمكانية تنفيذ مبادرات تدريبية تطوعية متخصصة وعالية المستوى في محافظة دير الزور وريفها، بإعداد وإشراف الهيئة العامة للبحوث العلمية الزراعية، وبالشراكة مع منظمة التنمية الدولية IDO، مع إمكانية إشراك جهات وشركاء آخرين ضمن خطة التدريب المقترحة.
كما تم خلال الاجتماع مناقشة الدراسة المقدمة من قبل المنظمة، حيث حظيت بالموافقة المبدئية، إلى جانب الاتفاق على البدء بالإجراءات اللازمة لتنفيذ المبادرة، بما يسهم في دعم وتطوير واقع الإنتاج الزراعي في محافظة دير الزور وتعزيز قدرات الكوادر العاملة في القطاع الزراعي.






Within the framework of enhancing cooperation between the General Authority for Scientific Agricultural Research and international organizations, Dr. Osama Al-Abdullah, Director General of the Authority, received today at the Central Administration Mr. Rami Al-Nijers, Legal Representative and Syria Projects Manager at the International Development Organization (IDO), in the presence of the Deputy Directors General, Dr. Nader Asaad and Dr. Abdulmohsen Al-Murai, as well as the Head of the Deir ez-Zor Research Center, Engineer Mohammed Al-Jassem.

The meeting discussed the possibility of implementing specialized, high-level voluntary training initiatives in Deir ez-Zor Governorate and its countryside, prepared and supervised by the General Authority for Scientific Agricultural Research, in partnership with the International Development Organization (IDO), with the possibility of involving other parties and partners within the proposed training plan.

During the meeting, the study submitted by the organization was also discussed, where it received preliminary approval, along with an agreement to begin the necessary procedures to implement the initiative, contributing to supporting and developing the agricultural production reality in Deir ez-Zor Governorate and enhancing the capacities of personnel working in the agricultural sector.

المعرفة موجودة بيننا، والخبرة حاضرة… وما ينقصها هو منصة تجمعها وتمنحها صوتها الحقيقي!

أطلقت الغرفة الفتية الدولية دير الزور، بالشراكة وبحضور ممثلين عن مجلس محافظة دير الزور، وغرفة تجارة وصناعة دير الزور، وجمعية تكاتف شبابي، ومنظمة التنمية الدولية، مشروعها الأول SkillBridge | Trainers Nexus Program، وذلك من خلال تنظيم ملتقى جمع أكثر من 50 مدرباً ومدربة من خيرة شباب وشابات محافظة دير الزور.

ويهدف المشروع إلى بناء أول منصة وشبكة تفاعلية للمدربين والخبراء المحليين في المحافظة، بما يسهم في تعزيز فرص التشبيك، وتبادل الخبرات، ورفع جودة برامج بناء القدرات، وتمكين الطاقات المحلية لتكون شريكاً أساسياً في التنمية وصناعة الأثر المستدام.

خلال الملتقى، استعرض المدربون والمدربات نبذة عن مهاراتهم وخبراتهم المتنوعة، مؤكدين استعدادهم الكامل لتقديم كل ما يمكن من معرفة ودعم وتمكين للشباب واليافعين، بما يسهم في إعداد جيل من القادة المؤثرين القادرين على المساهمة في استعادة رونق ومكانة درة الفرات .. دير الزور

وتشير الغرفة الفتية الدولية دير الزور إلى أن عدد المتقدمين للبرنامج تجاوز 200 مدرب ومدربة من مختلف التخصصات والخبرات، مؤكدةً أن هذا الملتقى ليس سوى البداية، وأن المزيد من اللقاءات والفعاليات سيتم تنظيمها خلال الفترات القادمة، إيماناً بأن لكل فكرة أثراً… ولكل صوت مساحة تستحق أن تؤمن به وتمنحه فرصة الوصول والتأثير.

Knowledge exists among us, and expertise is already present… what it truly needs is a platform that brings it together and gives it a genuine voice.

JCI Deir ez-Zor launched its first project, “SkillBridge | Trainers Nexus Program,” in partnership with and in the presence of representatives from the Deir ez-Zor Provincial Council, the Deir ez-Zor Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Takatouf Shababe Association, and the International Development Organization. The event brought together more than 50 outstanding local trainers and experts from across Deir ez-Zor Governorate.

The project aims to establish the first interactive platform and network for local trainers and experts in the governorate, contributing to stronger networking opportunities, knowledge exchange, improved capacity-building programs, and the empowerment of local talents to become key partners in sustainable development and community impact.

During the forum, trainers and experts introduced their diverse skills and professional experiences, expressing their full readiness to provide knowledge, support, and empowerment to youth and adolescents, helping shape a new generation of influential leaders capable of restoring the spirit and distinguished status of the Pearl of the Euphrates… Deir ez-Zor.

JCI Deir ez-Zor also indicated that the number of applicants to the program exceeded 200 trainers and experts from various fields and backgrounds, emphasizing that this forum is only the beginning. More gatherings and activities will be organized in the coming period, driven by the belief that every idea can create impact… and every voice deserves a space that believes in it and gives it the opportunity to be heard and make a difference.
