Duà; The Essence of Worship Allah stated: "Make du´aa to Me, I will (of surety) respond to you. Verily, those who are too arrogant to worship Me will enter the Hellfire, humiliated"

Du`àà [Supplication] is the essence of worship, and the weapon of a believer! And the greatest and most noble form of worship. It is a plea from the heartof a believer towards Allah, the Hearer and knower of all things and secrets. It is a confession that emanates from the heart of a believer that s/he is weak, poor, and helpless, that s/he cannot achieve anything without Allah`s help and aid. It is an implicit affirmation of every single Name and Attributes of Allah. The Angels say: “AMEEN, MAY YOU HAVE LIKEWISE” to the Du’aa of those, who pray for their absent fellow Muslim.[Saheeh Muslim / Sunan Ibn Majah].
