Project Tres is a nonprofit organization registered in Germany that supports women through education and skills training in India and Kenya.

Project Três supports women artisans through education and skills-training in India and Kenya. We believe that providing education on fair trade and self-sustainability is the key to create new life-changing economic and social opportunities. O Projeto Três apoia mulheres artesãs através da educação e treinamento de habilidades na Índia e no Quênia. Acreditamos que fornecer educação sobre comércio justo e auto-sustentabilidade é a chave para criar novas oportunidades econômicas e sociais que mudam a vida.

It took us a minute, but our 2025 Impact Report is here, and it’s beautiful 🤍

Last year we chose to slow down and go deeper, with the women and communities we already walk alongside. And honestly, we’re really proud of what that made possible.

There’s a lot in these pages: women in India building lives on their own terms, a new centre with room to breathe, and the start of something we’ve dreamed about for a while, a programme in Berlin built by and for migrant women.

But before you read any of it, we wanted to say something. To everyone who stuck with us this year: thank you. You’re the reason we get to keep doing this the way we believe in, without rushing, without cutting corners, without losing ourselves.

This Saturday, we’re bringing together some big questions around careers, identity, money and the systems we navigate as migrant women — and we couldn’t imagine a better person to hold that conversation with us than this absolute powerhouse, KAVE BULAMBO

Kave Bulambo is a visionary entrepreneur and ecosystem builder working towards building an inclusive society. With a passion for empowering women in leadership, she has dedicated her career to breaking barriers and creating opportunities for underrepresented voices in Tech and in business. Her work spans multiple industries, from tech to non profit to consulting, always with a focus on sustainable growth and inclusive leadership.

In her own words:

“I had to learn and unlearn many practices and, as I reach my 40s, it has become even more imperative that I define for myself: who am I, what do I want, and how do I exist in the society in which I find myself, irrespective of the migrant label?”

Together we will ask questions, share experiences, learn from one another and leave with a better understanding of the systems around us, and of the possibilities we can create within them.

What does it mean to build a life that feels like your own when you’re learning to navigate a whole new set of systems?

For our third Belonging is Power workshop, we’ll spend the afternoon talking about work, money, roles and the systems that shape our lives as migrant women in Berlin. We’ll explore taxes, financial services, employment and small business options, while making space for the bigger questions too: what do we want for ourselves, what have we inherited, and what are we ready to redefine?

We’ll be joined by the visionary KAVE BULAMBO , whose own migration journey has shaped the way she thinks about identity, work and finding your place beyond the label of “migrant”.

Women are taught to care for everyone else long before they’re taught to ask what they need themselves.

Migration doesn’t make that disappear. If anything, it often makes it heavier.

This weekend, we gathered for the second workshop of our Belonging is Power programme to reflect on the people we care for, the people who care for us, and the kinds of relationships that help us build a life somewhere new.

To every woman who joined us: thank you. It was such a privilege to share this afternoon with you. We left feeling deeply moved by the conversations, the reflections, and connections. Thank you for making this space what it is. 🤍

Migration asks us to constantly adapt, but very rarely does it ask us to pause; to reflect, to sit with what the experience is actually doing to us.

When we created our programme for migrant women in Berlin, we wanted to create space for a different possibility: a brave space where women can bring their questions, experiences, uncertainties, and perspectives into conversation with one another. A space where we can learn from each other, challenge our assumptions, and belong in community.

Here’s pt1 of a beautiful glimpse into our Open Day. Spoiler: it was SO magical, we can’t get over it.

💚 Belonging is Power: Community Potluck & Yoga 💚

Join us this Saturday for an afternoon of gentle yoga, delicious food, and meaningful connection.

We’ll begin with a beginner-friendly yoga session led by the wonderful Sri before settling into a shared meal and conversations with other women from our community.

One thing nobody tells you about migration is how much time you spend living between things.

Between countries, languages, versions of yourself. Between who you were and who you’re becoming.

We recently held the first workshop of our Berlin Programme for Migrant Women, in partnership with .are.tomorrow , creating space to make sense and explore some of those in-between moment together.

Thank you to all the incredible women who joined us for your trust, and presence. We loved seeing familiar faces from the Open Day, and meeting new ones! 🥹❤️
