Off the back

Website

Off the back OFF the Back main goal is to defend rights for those who cannot speak up for themselves and defend own rights, and hence, suffer injustice.

Let´s practice Yoga and Barathanatyam for better future! Off the Back -Yoga For Justice was born inspired by the initiative Yogis for Women Rights from Vienna led by Theresa Gigov. Me, Anna Punda Parvati and Luana M. Bellisari joined the initiative with our own project supporting the APDHA NGO and their campaign "Women goods carries. Heavy burden of injustice". With Yoga and Barathanatyam Fundamentals we wanted to raise awareness and contribute to the better work condition of these Moroccan women ho carry goods across the border of Ceuta and Melilla. Most recently we supported the NGO NoMoreWalking campaign raising funds for unaccompanied minors in Greece to help them have better future. Let´s practice Yoga for better future!
