Join us for a scenic 8 km hike to and around the beautiful Hermsdorfer See. Whether you're a seasoned hiker or just getting started, this relaxed-paced walk is a great way to enjoy the outdoors, meet new people, and unwind in nature.

We’ll meet at Berlin Hbf at 10:30 AM, then travel together by train to Waren. Once there, it’s all about slowing down and enjoying the fresh air and scenic beauty at your own pace.

There will be an option to rent a boat (paddle or electric) for those who’d like to explore the calm waters of the Müritz lake. No pressure — it’s completely optional and can be arranged on site.

Get ready for a day filled with charm, history, and adventure!
We’re heading to Lübeck, the Queen of the Hanseatic League — a city where time seems to stand still. With its red-brick Gothic architecture, winding alleys, and stunning spires, Lübeck’s Old Town is our main attraction and the heart of the experience. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it promises breathtaking views and stories around every corner.

We’ll kick things off early in Berlin — meet us at Friedrichstraße Station at 7:00 AM sharp. From there, we’ll catch the 7:15 AM train and relax during a scenic journey through northern Germany, arriving in Lübeck just before noon.

Spend the day wandering medieval streets, tasting local marzipan, and soaking in centuries of culture. Whether you're a history buff, architecture lover, or just in the mood for something new — this trip is for you!

We’ll head back to Berlin on the 18:10 train, wrapping up a full day of exploration and returning around 22:38.

Wismar City Exploration Day 2025
A Day of History, Harbor Views & Hidden Gems

We'll travel together by regional train to Wismar. (Deutschlandticket or valid train pass recommended)

Arrival in Wismar:

12:38 PM – Wismar Central Station
A short walk brings us to the historic city center where our adventure begins.
Event Description:
Spend the day uncovering the charm of Wismar, a UNESCO-listed Hanseatic city by the Baltic Sea. From red-brick cathedrals and cobblestone streets to a lively harbor and classic northern cuisine — this trip is all about culture, connection, and fresh sea air.
Walking Distance: Approx. 10 km total throughout the day
(Paced comfortably with rest stops and scenic breaks)
Itinerary:

12:45 PM – Welcome at Market Square
• Meet at the Wasserkunst Fountain for a short historical intro

1:00 PM – Old Town Walking Tour
• Discover key sights: St. Nicholas Church, medieval alleyways, Heiligen-Geist-Hospital
• Mid-tour coffee break at Café Glücklich

4:00 PM – Tower Climb at St. George’s Church (Optional)
• Stunning panoramic views over Wismar and the Baltic coast

5:00 PM – Harbor Walk
• Explore Speicherstadt and the scenic waterfront

Wrap-Up Options:
Option 1 – 5:15 PM: Early wrap-up and optional return to Berlin
