Your family is the place where you are most vulnerable. This is where you had experiences as a child that shaped you.

You often carry unresolved conflicts around with you without knowing their origin. You repeat patterns of behaviour that are harmful to yourself. Why is that? 🤔

In your family, you learnt what love is. And where there is love, there is also hurt. No wonder you've suffered your deepest wounds here. 💔

But this is also where you can heal the most! Because family is a mirror. By recognising your own parts, you become free from projections and role pressure. 🙏

You can learn to see your parents as fallible people instead of idealising or demonising them. Then you can make peace. ✨

Many of us carry old imprints and hurts from our family of origin that make life difficult for us. In order to really be there for your own family, it is important to resolve these old wounds and recognise patterns.

I sense your desire for deep connection and genuine closeness in your relationships.❤️ But old wounds and unresolved issues from our family history can prevent us from opening up completely. 💔

Let's look inwards together to find healing. During Reconnect Yourself, we will take a sympathetic look at our history in order to let go of baggage. We also look at difficult experiences with compassion in order to make peace - with ourselves and our roots.
