Certificates of Acceptance
for the competition
Miss & Mister Deaf World, Europe & Asia 2026.

If you have been selected, your certificate will be delivered
over the next few days.
The sending process will continue gradually until Friday, May 10,
with priority given to participants from countries that require a visa.

Each certificate carries my signature and official stamp
and confirms that you have been selected among the
Top 18 contestants from around the world
and will represent your country.

From this moment, you may begin your preparations.
Your journey is becoming real.

Hello everyone,

my name is Miroslava Masaříková and I am the new President of Miss & Mister Deaf World, Europe and Asia.

Today, together with the main manager of the competition, Jakub Peterka, we have great news. The day has finally come when we can officially introduce the hotel where this year’s Miss & Mister Deaf World, Europe and Asia competition will take place.

This year’s edition will be held at the luxurious four-star Clarion Congress Hotel Prague, one of the most prestigious hotels in Prague, offering excellent facilities for international events.

Hello everyone 👋✨

We would like to inform you about the next steps in the preparation of this year’s edition:

On Friday, March 20 at 8:00 PM, the hotel 🏨 where this year’s Miss & Mister Deaf World competition will take place will be officially announced ✨

During the weekend, all registered countries will receive a detailed registration form 📩, which is required to complete the participant registration process.

This form will only be sent to countries that are already officially registered.

If a national competition has not yet taken place in your country, but you already know that you would like to participate, that is not a problem 😊
Simply register your country, and the form will be sent to you afterwards.

In order to maintain the quality of the competition and ensure that each participant has sufficient time to present themselves, the number of participants is limited to 18 women and 18 men ⚠️
Our goal is to give each participant enough space for a dignified presentation.

If more countries apply than the available capacity allows, the selection will be based on several criteria, such as the timing of the registration ⏱️, completeness of the application 📋, and representation of both participants from the country (Miss & Mister).
Other applicants will be placed on a waiting list.

We therefore recommend not delaying your registration 🚀

🇬🇧 ACCOMPANYING PERSONS POLICY FOR MMDW

Miss & Mister Deaf World, Europe & Asia

🔹 1️⃣ Official accompanying person (1 per competition pair)
An official accompanying person is allowed only for countries that send a competition pair (Miss + Mister).
If a country sends only one contestant, there is no entitlement to an official accompanying person.
No exceptions.

🔹 2️⃣ Scope of services for the official accompanying person

The official accompanying person:
🏨 stays in the same hotel as the contestants
🍽️ has meals together with the contestants
🎭 has access to group rehearsals and may attend individual rehearsals of their own team
❌ is not allowed to attend individual rehearsals of other countries
🤟 acts as the main support person for their team
🌍 must use International Sign
🚌 travels with the official competition bus
🎟️ has a ticket to the Final Night
🍾 participates in the official gala dinner

Access to rehearsals and the program is always according to production instructions.

🔹 3️⃣ Fee for the official accompanying person

💶 Fee: 880 EUR
– paid in advance to the bank account no later than April 30

This fee represents part of the costs related to the accompanying person’s stay; the remaining costs are covered by the organizer.

The payment deadline is binding due to accommodation reservations.
Without payment by April 30, there is no entitlement to an official accompanying person and the room reservation may be released.

🔹 4️⃣ Illness, cancellation and replacement

Until May 31, changes may be handled individually in case of medical or other serious reasons.

After May 31, the paid fee is non-refundable due to already paid and reserved costs, especially accommodation and related services.

If the official accompanying person cannot attend:
– the fee is non-refundable
– however, the person may be replaced by another accompanying person from the same country
– the replacement must meet all conditions (including International Sign)
– the change must be reported within the specified deadline

🔹 5️⃣ Role, conduct and responsibility of the accompanying person

The official accompanying person:
– is not a member of the jury
– must not interfere with judging
– must not exert pressure or disrupt the competition
– represents their country and the competition
– respects production and management instructions

Violation of these rules may result in withdrawal of accreditation without compensation.

🔹 6️⃣ Organizational deposit (blocked security deposit)

💶 Organizational deposit: 100 EUR
– paid in advance as a blocked deposit to the organizer’s Revolut account

This amount serves as an organizational guarantee for cooperation, compliance with rules, schedule and production instructions during the event.

After the competition:
– if no rules were violated
– no damage was caused
– and the event was not disrupted

the full amount will be returned to the sender’s account.

In case of rule violation or damage, the amount may be used to cover related costs.

The official accompanying person acts as the main contact between the competition pair and the organizer and is responsible for the cooperation and conduct of their competition pair during the entire event.

I’m sure you’re curious who the Deaf MMDW managers will be – so I’m happy to announce it!

We have a total of 5 Deaf managers and also MMDW assistants, including me as the general manager. 🙂
It is also very important to mention the MMDW president, Miroslava Masaříková – we definitely don’t forget about her. 🙂

And you may have already noticed Sabina. Yes, it’s true – after a break, she has returned and is back with us as an MMDW manager and assistant. We are very happy to have her back with us.

✨ Eva Labiod, France, No. 3 – Finalist of Miss & Mister Deaf World 2025 ✨

When I first saw Eva, her hair was tied back in a ponytail. Nothing hinted that underneath were those beautiful spiral curls. It wasn’t until one of the rehearsals, when a completely different girl walked into the room, that I asked everyone who she was – that’s how striking her transformation was.

Eva was quiet, kind, and very humble, maybe even a little shy. That’s why her free performance took everyone’s breath away. It was captivating, graceful, and full of charm – completely unexpected. In that moment, the gentle, quiet girl transformed into a confident woman who owned the stage.

💙 For me, Eva is the embodiment of delicacy, strength, and feminine elegance. I believe this competition gave her a strong boost of confidence and helped her discover a part of herself that she’ll never lose.
