πΎ A Purr-fect Result! πΎ
We are absolutely thrilled to announce our second fundraising total of the festive season 2025. Weβve supported pound dogs. Now we turn to local stray cats and kitties!..... ππββ¬
As some of you know, we've been running a stall at several recent local markets, filled with luxury stocking fillers and gorgeous gifts; and the odd fun game or two as well! [See attached photos]
πππThe sales across these markets have been combined, and we are incredibly excited and proud to have raised a grand total of..... β¬1,663!
π»π½ This total has been split equally and donated to two local TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return) groups doing vital work for the local stray feline community: Cynthia Smith and Mandry's Fund - Cyprus feral cat project, and Pits Tnr https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61567164230726
πWe owe this A-meow-zing result to a Community Effort! π
We couldn't have achieved this without the support of our wonderful local community. Whether you donated items, shared our posts online, and/or popped by the stall to pick up a fabulous gift or two, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for sharing our love and support for local strays.
Special Shout-Outs π
Behind every beautifully wrapped gift or stocking filler, was a team of dedicated "Christmas Elves":
β’ Janet & Sue: A massive thank you for your tireless work β in planning since August! Your dedication to sourcing, making, and beautifully presenting every single item made our stall truly shine. The numerous compliments we received are all yours!
β’ Jayne: For your generosity in donating some lovely, quality items for us to sell.
β’ Nadia: For treating us (and our customers!) to your delicious homemade Scottish Tablet.
β’ Moira: For being our extra pair of hands and a wonderful Christmas elf on some market days.
THANK YOU AGAIN TO EVERYONE who has supported us. Your generosity and kindness ensure that local strays get the care and support they deserve. We hope you enjoy giving and receiving our stocking fillers and gifts over the coming days.
We hope that this makes the festive season ahead a little brighter, merrier and a lot LESS re-productive (!!) for our furry feline friends! π±β¨ XoXo
