Grants for Change 2025: Έργο «PLAYSCAPE» - Urban Gorillas & Gardens of the Future

Είμαστε πολύ περήφανοι για το τρίτο έργο που βραβεύσαμε φέτος: το «PLAYSCAPE».

Αντί να φτιάξουμε άλλη μια συνηθισμένη παιδική χαρά, οι Urban Gorillas και το Gardens of the Future αποφάσισαν να κάνουν κάτι μοναδικό: να αφήσουν τα παιδιά να γίνουν οι αρχιτέκτονες. Μέσα από εργαστήρια και συνεργασία, τα παιδιά δημιουργούν έναν χώρο που τα εκφράζει πραγματικά.

Μια πρωτοβουλία που δίνει φωνή, χώρο και χρώμα στα όνειρα των παιδιών μας.

What a joyful morning at the Gardens of the Future! 🍝💚

Our pasta-making workshop brought everyone together to learn the art of traditional Cypriot sklinitzin and then taste the pasta we created, paired with fresh herbs harvested straight from our vertical garden 🌿✨

Moments like this beautifully blend heritage and innovation: experiencing Cypriot culinary tradition while showcasing a European prototype nature-based solution through the project, funded by Horizon Europe.

Community, learning, sustainability – all on one plate.
