On 2 July, the Handover Ceremony marked the beginning of the new Rotary cadence, bringing together representatives of Rotary Clubs from across Cyprus.

Rotary Club of Larnaca was proudly represented by our President, Mikael Sibirzeff and Secretary Олена Алмазіна .

We are happy to be part of the great Rotary family and look forward to the new Rotary year with fresh energy, inspiration and commitment to service.

On July 2 in Nicosia, a Handover Ceremony took place, marking the transfer of responsibilities from DDG Yiannos Pissourios to DDG Michalis Avraam

Rotary clubs of Cyprus gathered to reflect on the past year, thank the outgoing team for their service, and wish success to the new leadership. The evening was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, bringing Rotarians together through shared values of service, friendship, and cooperation.

The President of Rotary Club Larnaca, Mikael Sibirzeff , and the club secretary, Олена Алмазіна were pleased to take part in this ceremony and share this important moment with Rotarians from all over Cyprus.

On June 30, Rotary Club Larnaca held its Presidential Handover Ceremony, marking the start of a new Rotary year!
We are delighted to announce that Mikael Sibirzeff will continue as President of our club for a second term. Thank you our perfect secretary Олена Алмазіна !

The evening was celebrated in a beautiful seaside setting, where we enjoyed a warm, friendly atmosphere with wonderful views of the sea.
We thanked our outgoing Board for their dedication and hard work, and welcomed our newly formed, energetic Board for the year ahead. With enthusiasm and a clear vision, Rotary Club Larnaca is ready to move forward — continuing to take an active role in our community, launch meaningful projects, and grow Rotary here in Cyprus.

On June 29, the Graduation Ceremony of the Pancyprian Lyceum of Larnaca took place.
Rotary Club Larnaca President Mikael Sibirzeff , together with the club, presented donations to the school's graduates. It was a true pleasure to take part in this event — the school is home to so many talented and bright students of different nationalities. Cyprus is a multicultural country, and seeing that unity in the younger generation is truly inspiring.
Rotary Club Larnaca has been supporting the graduates of this lyceum for many years now — it has become one of our cherished traditions. We are proud to once again be part of this celebration, congratulate the students, and contribute to our local community.
Thank you to everyone who joined us that evening! This is what the spirit of Rotary is all about — support, care, and involvement in the life of our community. 🌍✨
