🚀 We are proud to announce that Foodscale Hub is now Future Systems Hub!

New name + same acronym = enhanced implementation!

By broadening our scope from agrifood systems to interconnected sectors shaping Europe’s future, we are helping research contribute to wider systems transformation.

It is the same team - still committed to bringing science closer to society and making it more visible and accessible.

So, welcome to the new FSH! The acronym remains, but the spirit and horizons have expanded!

Today marks the final day of the 93rd International Agricultural Fair in Novi Sad 🚜

Over the last two days, we continued presenting more projects (WiseFood project, Farmbionet, Incitis-food, Sunfusion, RefreScar, RES-Wheat, FUELPHORIA and Farmtopia), connecting with visitors, and meeting many interesting new contacts through valuable discussions and exchanges. 🤝

We’re glad to have been part of this year’s fair and grateful to everyone who stopped by our stand throughout the week. We’re looking forward to new collaborations, conversations, and opportunities ahead! 😊

Following a great weekend at the International Agricultural Fair in Novi Sad, we kept the momentum going over the past two days (Monday and Tuesday) with more exchanges around innovation and the future of agriculture and food systems. 🌱🚜

We presented CrackSense, Farmtopia, Digi4Live , Valpro Path and OpenAgri.

Furthermore, we also hosted a roundtable session within the VALPRO Path project focused on consumer preferences where we presented the project’s plant protein product concepts and used the discussion to gather consumer feedback. 💬

In addition, we highlighted three more projects: Inplastwin, STEP UP, and IPMorama.

And we're not done yet! 😊 We’ll be at the fair today and tomorrow with even more projects, ideas, and innovations to explore.

What a weekend at the International Agricultural Fair in Novi Sad! 🌱🚜

Over the past days, we had the opportunity to connect with a large number of visitors, exchange ideas, discuss innovation in agriculture, and present the work behind 8 inspiring projects shaping the future of the agri-food sector: CrackSense, Farmtopia, Digi4Live , Valpro Path, OpenAgri, PLANTOMYC, Tallheda and Ria4Food.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by, asked questions, shared experiences, and showed interest in our projects.

And if you still haven’t had the chance to visit us - there’s still time! 😊

Have you had a chance to look at the new Global Environment Outlook (GEO-7) yet? 🌍

Foodscale Hub is proud to have contributed to this work, with our colleague Olivera Stojilović Trivunić serving as a reviewer.

📊 This scientific assessment of the global environment brought together 287 scientists from 82 countries, helping ensure the UN Environment Programme produced a report that is scientifically robust and policy-oriented.

What makes GEO-7 particularly important? It shows that investing in climate, nature, and pollution-free systems can secure a healthier and more stable future, while current pathways risk severe global damage - and it calls for urgent, system-wide transformation.
