We are pleased to announce the next international Training in : Practical Use of FIDIC Conditions of Contracts (former Module 1), which will be held on June 9–10, 2026, at Hotel IN, Belgrade.
Organised by as part of its continued commitment to advancing professional knowledge and international best practice, this specialised two-day training will provide participants with essential contractual know-how for working on FIDIC-contract projects.
The course is designed for professionals involved in the implementation and management of works contracts, including government ministries and agencies, private sector employers, consulting engineers, contractors, quantity surveyors, architects, legal advisers, and all those engaged in project delivery under FIDIC conditions.
The programme will cover key aspects of FIDIC 1999 contracts, including contract documents, contract management, quality, time, payments, defects and risks, variations, claims, disputes, suspension and termination, as well as specific features of the Yellow and Silver Books and an introduction to the FIDIC 2017 updates.
The training will be led by Zoltan Zahonyi, Past Chair of the FIDIC Contracts Committee and Managing Director of Z&Partners Consulting Engineers, an internationally recognised FIDIC contracts expert, independent adviser and dispute adjudicator with extensive experience in contracts management and dispute resolution on local and international civil works projects.
This programme represents an important opportunity for professionals involved in contract administration, project management, dispute resolution, construction law, engineering consultancy and international infrastructure delivery to deepen their practical understanding of the FIDIC contractual framework.
