💙 **Roadmaps Conference 2026 is behind us — and we’re still processing the energy, conversations and support that filled the room.**

This year we focused on one big theme:

**Tectonic shifts in digital product development caused by AI.**

We talked about how AI is changing product discovery, delivery, decision-making, leadership, roles, trust and competitive advantage — and what still isn’t changing fast enough around the technology.
