NGO IUVENTA gives all the needed help and support to the youth about informal education, social status, mobility and information, active involvement and volunteer work, ecology and sustainable development.

From 4 to 10 July 2026, youth workers from across Europe gathered in León, Spain, for Creative Youth Lab, an Erasmus+ training course organised by Asociación Auryn.
Through creative workshops, intercultural learning and non-formal education methods, participants explored creativity as a practical tool for youth work. The programme encouraged them to overcome barriers to creativity, exchange experiences, reflect on current and future European challenges, and develop ideas for new projects and international cooperation.
The training created a space for learning, critical thinking, active participation and connection—while strengthening the skills needed to make youth work more creative, engaging and impactful at both local and European levels.

Three interactive training sessions were implemented as part of the international project “Participatory EU Enlargement,” which brought together partner organisations from Poland, Hungary, Germany, Serbia, Kosovo*, Albania, Montenegro, and Ukraine.

The training sessions were held in three cities:

* 11 July 2026 in Preševo;
* 15 July 2026 in Priboj;
* 20 July 2026 in Belgrade.

A total of 62 participants took part in the training sessions.

The project focused on strengthening the knowledge and skills of young citizens and representatives of civil society organisations for active participation in the European Union enlargement process. Through interactive training sessions, participants became familiar with and tested specific participatory tools, exchanged experiences, and formulated opinions and recommendations that could contribute to local, national, and European discussions on EU enlargement.

The project was funded by the European Union under the CERV Programme – Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values.

The process of accession to the European Union was often presented as a technical or political issue reserved for institutions, experts, and decision-makers. However, this process concerned society as a whole. It was therefore important for citizens, especially young people, to have the opportunity to understand what EU enlargement means, what changes it brings, what challenges it creates, and how they can take part in discussions and decisions that affect their future.

From 24 to 30 May 2026, representatives of NGO IUVENTA participated in the international training course “YouthAI Pulse (YAP) – Tracking AI Tools, Trends & Updates for Youth Work” in Athens, Greece.
The training gathered youth workers and educators from different countries to explore how artificial intelligence is influencing young people’s lives and youth work. Through practical workshops and non-formal learning activities, participants worked on AI literacy, ethical and responsible use of AI, digital safety, privacy, disinformation and inclusion.
They also tested different AI tools, developed ideas for educational activities with young people and learned how to assess and communicate the impact of youth work activities.
The knowledge, methods and international exchange gained during the training will contribute to IUVENTA’s future work with young people and youth workers.
The project was implemented within the Erasmus+ programme and organised by Formation et Sensibilisation Luxembourg - FSL – FSL and DreamTeam.
