BAUANG, LA UNION— In a bid to revitalize civic participation among local youth, Sangbayan PH President Dominic Mission presented the "𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗻𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮," during the municipal Advocacy Competition held today, September 11, at the Bauang Teen Center.

Mission delivered the pitch, introducing a human-centered solution designed to overcome persistent barriers to youth engagement and address declining social capital in the municipality.

Opening the presentation with data-driven youth personas, Mission utilized empathy mapping to expose the root causes of youth exclusion. He transformed these systemic pain points into a clear strategic framework aimed at rebuilding civic trust and opportunity.

𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗻𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮 operates as a tri-component systems design that provides actionable pathways for the Bauang Youth Development Council and community leaders to reactivate young citizens within municipal development programs.

The competition will conclude on October 3 during Bauang's Buwan ng Kabataan Awards Ceremony, where the winning advocacy entries will be officially recognized.
