As the closing of Palarong Luwisyano 2026 draws closer, we take a moment to look back on one of the most electrifying highlights of the celebration—the Mr. and Ms. Palarong Luwisyano and the Powerdance Competition held last March 04, 2026.

The day was filled with energy and excitement as the Fr. Burgos Gymnasium echoed with the thunderous cheers of the CEA Dragons. With the crowd proudly cheering their unwavering support for our fierce power dancers and for the remarkable representatives who carried the pride and identity of the College of Engineering and Architecture where the burning fire of the Dragon’s legacy shone brightly. 🔥🐉

As we move closer to the culmination of Palarong Luwisyano 2025-2026, let us continue to celebrate the memories, triumphs, and the unwavering spirit that make the CEA Dragons stronger than ever.

MEMORANDUM NO. 001-2026

TO: ALL HONORABLE MEMBERS OF THE COLLEGE ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURE (CEA) COUNCIL, CSC EXECUTIVE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY, CEA STUDENTS, CEA FACULTY AND OTHER CONCERN OFFICES

SUBJECT: APPOINTMENT OF MR. JULIUS ANGELO OPLE AND DARYL JOY PERALTA AS OFFICERS-IN-CHARGE

In view of exigency of service and for continuity of operations, I would like to formally inform that Mr. Julius Angelo Ople, Internal Vice Governor of the CEA Departmental Council, and Ms. Daryl Joy Peralta, External Vice Governor of the CEA Departmental Council has been designated as Officers-in-Charge (OIC) of the Office of the Governor and Internal Vice Governor effective 11:00 PM of February 27, 2026 until 9:00 AM of March 01, 2026 while the undersigned is on official business for the Engineering Congress 2026 at University of the Philippines Los Baños, Los Baños, Laguna

By the virtue of this authority, the OICs can deliberate and decide matters pertaining to the department and may sign thus "by the authority of the CEA Governor” on routine matters and needing immediate action. The OICs are advised to comply with the existing constitution and bylaws, policies, rules, and regulations and to uphold the interest of the council and the student body.
Should you have any concerns or need assistance regarding the Office of the Governor, please feel free to coordinate directly with Mr. Ople.

Behind every sketch, computation, and sleepless night lies a story rarely seen. We are trained to solve problems—but many of the hardest ones exist far beyond equations and plates. Pressures, responsibilities, self-doubt, and quiet exhaustion follow you into classrooms and drafting tables, unseen but deeply felt.

Hard work is often romanticized, yet the truth is long hours, unspoken sacrifices, and the constant weight of expectations. Some of you struggle not because the work is too hard, but because the environment makes it harder—through indifference, misunderstanding, or the absence of support. And still, you show up. Still, you lead. Still, you try.

This is a gentle reminder that strength doesn’t always look loud. Sometimes, it moves quietly—through showing up even when it hurts. Everyone is fighting a battle we may never see. Kindness costs nothing, but it can lighten the burden of someone who is barely holding on.
