Orfiano, Executive Assistant I (Administration Office) for validation, in accordance with Municipal Ordinance No. 8 s. 2022, "Ordinance Institutionalizing The Grant Of Incentives And Recognition To Balaoanians Who Are Graduates With Latin Honor Distinction, And Topnotchers In Board And Bar Examinations, Appropriating Funds Thereof And For Other Purposes."

This is in preparation for the awarding of incentives and plaques of recognition during the Annual Town Fiesta.
