A chemical plant founded in 1919 once stood as a symbol of industrial progress, carrying the efforts and dreams of several generations. When operations ceased in 2009, the buildings were dismantled and the machines fell silent. The glory faded, but the land was left with scars that time alone could not heal.

🍀 In 2025, this long‑abandoned site welcomed a new beginning.

Following a comprehensive site investigation and contamination assessment, the project team adopted a combined remediation approach for both soil and groundwater—where soil washing plays a critical role.

The remediation company chose DESEN once again.Years ago, they purchased their first modular soil washing system from DESEN. That unit has since traveled across multiple remediation sites, delivering stable performance and generating value far beyond its original cost. To expand treatment capacity for this project, they decided to add a second system.

To ensure seamless collaboration between the two units, the DESEN team equipped the project with our newly designed Central Control Center:
