Oriental Cultural Heritage Sites Protection Alliance / Alliance de Protection du Patrimoine Culturel Asiatique (OCHSPA / APPCA for abbreviation), is a non-government organization (NGO) established in 2008, Paris, with an unprofitable intention, aiming at advancing the conservation as well as promotion of relevant oriental cultural heritage sites. The Alliance bears its mission in the conservation
of oriental cultural heritage sites, and to convenience all sorts of cooperations, especially in the area of the conservation of cultural heritage sites. To cooperate with relevant European and Asian official persons in charge and technicians and to mobilize all the supporting forces as far-ranging as possible in order to create and develop an environment of active communication of experiences in terms of techniques, forms and facilities; to guide enterprises, foundations and the media’s participation, and to seek to discuss with them events they have interest in in order that relatively high symbolic values and substantial interactive signification can be manifested in their collaborations with the Alliance. The Alliance has a clear mission, and various professional scholars, experts believe that the protection of members of the lineup, Oriental cultural sites, to influence the deep.
