歐盟微塑膠限令

2023年9月，歐盟在其官方公報上發布了REACH法規的修訂法規(EU) 2023/2055，在附件XVII限制物質清單中新增第78條關於合成聚合物微粒（即微塑膠）的限制， 該要求已於2023年10月17日生效。微塑膠顆粒主要危害包括對土壤、河流、湖泊和海洋等生態環境造成污染，又因其直徑小，比面積大，吸附性能力強，是有毒有害物質轉移的載體，可經由食物攝取、飲水、皮膚接觸等途徑進入人體，殘留在人體內的微塑膠不會被人體降解，對人體健康造成嚴重危害 。

TPCH指南文件

2023年11月，TPCH發布了的指南文件，以支持2021年更新的《包裝中有毒物質控制示範法規》的新增鄰苯二甲酸酯和多氟烷基（PFAS）兩類物質的管控要求 。TPCH指南文件內分別針對包裝材料的產品製造商、品牌擁有者和零售商以及包裝材料配方商和供應商，在其確定包裝/産品或組件中是否含有PFAS提供合規建議。

欧盟于2023年7月12日发布了食品接触的塑料材料和物品法规(EU) No 10/2011的最新修订法规(EU) 2023/1442。

ECHA新增2种SVHC高度关注物质 截至目前共235项候选清单物质

CMA Testing along with the Guangxi Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber of Hong Kong Logistics Industry Limited signed a tripartite strategic cooperation agreement on 9 May 2023, to support the nation's high-quality development and serve its overall development.

Through the tripartite cooperation, Guangxi and other provinces and cities in the Mainland promote local high-quality food to Hong Kong and foreign markets, and provide comprehensive one-stop logistics services for the export of food and agricultural products in the Mainland and the pre-sale and post-sale logistics in Hong Kong.
