濠江中央青年獅子會(Macau Central Leo Club)，為澳門注冊的非牟利社團，成立於1992年。本會附屬國際獅子總會中國港澳303區青年獅子區會(Leo District 303, Hong Kong and Macao, China,下稱「青年獅子區會」)，而青年獅子區會於1979年6月17日成立，附憲國際獅子總會中國港澳303區，截至2020年3月為止，303區擁有52間青年獅子會，會員數約一千人。青年獅子區會各屬會本著「我們服務」(WeServe)的宗旨，積極參與社會服務，貢獻社群，同時主動發展多方面的才能。

青獅LEO英文名其原意是 L﹝Leadership﹞，E﹝Experience﹞，O﹝Opportunity﹞，意即意即鼓勵青年籌劃 服務活動，發揮領導才能，同時讓他們體驗不 同形式的團體合作，協助推動社區及世界發展，透過各式各樣的機會，培育良好品德，及為其發展奠下穩固基礎。
