The World Green Design Organization (WGDO) is collecting outstanding examples of green design for the 2025 World Green Design Development Report, to be released at the Global Engineering & World Green Design Conference in Shanghai on October 14, 2025.
From eco-cities and industrial parks to renewable energy, product innovation, and enterprise transformation—if your work showcases sustainability and creativity, we want to see it! Selected cases will be published globally and presented at the conference, giving your projects international visibility and industry recognition.

📍WGDO × World Steel Association
On July 28th, Director-General Xing Lei of the World Green Design Organization (WGDO) led a delegation to the Beijing Representative Office of the World Steel Association (Belgium).
💬 In a meaningful dialogue with Mr. Zhong Shaoliang, Deputy Director-General and Chief Representative, both sides shared their efforts in green transformation and low-carbon development.

🤝 They explored how green design tools can empower the steel industry to move toward sustainability and reached a preliminary consensus on future strategic cooperation — including jointly promoting international green design standards and engaging major global steel companies.

🌍 Together, WGDO and worldsteel aim to unlock the value of green design and scale its impact globally.
