*Happy New Month of August, Beloved in Christ
*August : A Season of God’s Sufficiency*
The number 8 in Scripture speaks of newness. God is saying: _“Behold, I am doing a new thing in you.”_ Isaiah 43:19
*A Word of Encouragement for You:*
Child of God, don’t look back at July with regret. Don’t look forward to August with fear.
Look to the Lord with faith.
*Lamentations 3:22-23*: _“The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.”_
Whatever battle you carried in July sickness, delay, discouragement, debt and grief God has not forgotten you.
The same God who kept you in the first 7 months will carry you through the last 5.
*Psalm 23:6* _“Surely goodness and mercy shall follow you all the days of your life.”_
That includes August.
**A Call to Dedication for August:*
Let’s enter this month on purpose.
1. *Dedicate your TIME to Him first*
Start each day with prayer and the Word. _“Seek first the kingdom…”_ Matt 6:33
2. *Dedicate your WORK to Him*
_“Whatever you do, do it unto the Lord.”_ Col 3:23. God wants to bless the work of your hands this month.
3. *Dedicate your HEART to Him*
Let August be the month you let go of bitterness and pick up forgiveness. The month you trade anxiety for trust. _“Cast all your cares on Him…”_ 1 Peter 5:7
God is not done with your story. The doors that were shut in July, God can open in August.
The seeds you planted in tears, God will water in August.
*Ecclesiastes 3:11* _“He makes all things beautiful in His time.”_ And His time is NOW.
*Prayer for August:*
Father, I thank You for a new month.
I dedicate August into Your hands.
Let it be a month of open doors, divine health, peace, provision and testimonies.
Order my steps. Go before me. Fight my battles.
Let Your joy be my strength and Your Word be my light.
In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
May August bring you *new grace, new favor, new strength and new testimonies*.
