🇨🇲🇺🇸 Service, learning and meaningful connections.

This weekend, members of the Link Up Cameroon executive team had the opportunity to volunteer with the U.S. Embassy in Yaoundé during the Freedom 250 celebrations, marking 250 years of American independence.

We are grateful for the opportunity to serve, engage with diverse people and contribute to an event of such significance.

For our team, experiences like this go beyond volunteering. They provide an opportunity to strengthen our communication, teamwork, leadership, adaptability and community engagement skills while building meaningful relationships with people from different backgrounds.

At Link Up Cameroon, we believe that young people grow through opportunities to serve, connect, learn and lead.

We sincerely thank the U.S. Embassy and its staff for trusting members of our team with this opportunity and for creating spaces where young people can gain practical experience and contribute meaningfully.

We are taking the lessons, relationships and experiences from this engagement back into the work we do with young people and communities.

Connect. Empower. Impact. 💙❤️
