Blessed Christmas

as we celebrate, Let's not forget the reason for the season.

It's not just a season to rejoice, but let's remember the season came because of a reason. And let this reason be our priority, let this reason be our focus.

Someone was born for a purpose. God had an agenda with Jesus and also has with us.

Today, as we celebrate the beginning of new life, new story, our love story, a transformation journey... let's remember why we're here.

He was born to die, to show us the blueprint. And we're grateful He came, so we have the blueprint for purpose, for impact, for love.

As nurses, you were born for a purpose too. A purpose to touch lives, to heal, to lead.

As we end this year, ask yourself: What's to be born in my life? How's my relationship with God, with myself , with my family, with my ministry, with my gifts & calling, with my purpose?

Genesis 1 tells us that in the beginning, the earth was without shape, covered in darkness.

Today, in 2025, can we acknowledge that the state of public health is similarly chaotic, dirty, and void of direction?

Can we be honest about the darkness that surrounds us?

Upon seeing the dirt and filth, Just as God said in Genesis, 'Let there be light'!

Light represents the right way of doing things.

it's time for us to be the light in the darkness.

it's time for us to recognize the need for truth, integrity, and structure in our healthcare system.

As nurses, we have a calling to stand up and declare 'Let there be light!'

Not just declaring it, but deciding to be the light, for light overcomes darkness! (John 1:5)

There is a high need to birth in prayers the change we want in health sphere

But first we MUST return to our status of light, to then stand tall and declare light into the health darkness

Meet Aïssatou Samieh, a passionate health advocate, certified Christian life coach, and stress management coach.

From a young age, Aissatou felt an inexplicable calling to pursue a career in health. Despite being encouraged to become a doctor by her family and peers, Aissatou’s heart remained set on nursing.

After four years of medical school,Samieh transitioned into nursing, driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact.

However, her experience in the field revealed a disturbing reality: nurses were undervalued, overworked, and struggling to make ends meet.

Aissatou’s passion for nursing remained unwavering, but she couldn't shake off the feeling that something needed to change. She was tired of seeing nurses suffer in silence, tired of the negative narrative surrounding the profession, and tired of nurses being relegated to the background.

A burning question echoed in her heart: 'How long will nurses remain undervalued and overlooked?'

This poignant inquiry sparked Aissatou’s journey to empower female nurses, helping them unlock their potential for leadership, health and wealth.

Today, Aissatou is the founder of the Blueprint Foundation, an international NGO dedicated to restoring God's standard for an efficient healthcare system.

As a seasoned Interpeter & language lover, She is also the CEO of Centre Linguistique Grishi, an organization that promotes cultural diversity acceptance and unity, and vision carrier of REDIA: the empowered shenurses network

As a devoted wife and mother of three, Aissatou's passion extends beyond her professional pursuits.

She is a life lover; sold out to Jesus with mission to revolutionize the narrative surrounding public health, by capacitating nurses for greater impact, inspiring them to recognize their pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare.

Aissatou’s rallying cry is clear: it's time for nurses to rise to their greater calling, embracing their responsibility as guardians of health.

Through her work, she aims to ignite a movement that will transform the public healthcare landscape, one nurse at a time.
