YALI LEADERSHIP MASTER CLASS

We're grateful as some of our Volunteers in the southwest region recently experienced something powerful at the Leadership Master Class in Buea UB and it left them challenged, inspired, and deeply humbled towards Leadership

During the session it was reveal that Leadership is not about comfort It is in difficult moments that your true potential is revealed. Challenges are not there to break you they are there to build you.

As emerging leaders, one truth is you cannot grow alone. You need a mentor, someone to guide, shape, and sharpen your path. Direction is what turns effort into impact. We were reminded to be intentional: Have a plan. Stay prepared. Because failing to prepare is preparing to fail.
Choose a niche. Focus brings clarity and influence.
Manage your time. If you don’t control your time, you can’t control your future.

Leadership requires work. Real work. Build your skills, stay disciplined, and remain committed. There is no shortcut to greatness.

They left the hall fill with wisdom as they remember the power of connection—network, volunteer, and serve as actors towards community development. Through service, we find purpose. Through partnership, we multiply impact. And above all, protect your mind. You cannot control what people say about you, but you can control what you keep within you. That is where your strength lies.

Yesterday was a truly remarkable and inspiring moment as Winners empire foundation , in collaboration with GreatRift Foundation successfully organized a meaningful program to commemorate International Women’s Day. The event centered on the powerful theme “Purpose Driven Leadership: How Women Can Build and Lead High Performing Teams.”

It was an electrifying moment as real life situation with discussed one on one among young girls and women making the program memorable and impactful.

Special appreciation goes to our distinguished speakers who enriched the event with wisdom and practical insights. Madam Ando delivered an inspiring keynote, emphasizing the importance of building strong values, dignity, and character as a woman while embracing an entrepreneurial mindset. Her message reminded every woman in the room that leadership begins with self-respect and purpose.

Miss Juliette also shared an important session on hygiene awareness, encouraging women and young girls to prioritize their health, confidence, and well-being.

The program concluded on a warm and joyful note with refreshments and the distribution of sanitary pads to support women and girls, reinforcing our commitment to dignity, care, and empowerment.

At Winners Empire Foundation, we firmly believe that women are the builders of nations, families, and the world. When women discover their purpose and are empowered to lead, communities grow stronger and societies move forward.

Gratitude fills our hearts today What we witnessed at international business school was more than a book launch, it was the birth of a vision, a moment of unity, and a loud reminder that purpose still matters in our generation. The question could Mr Rene leadership capacity be as a result of his present at the institute or did the institute influence in anyway. Many people talk about this book and the quality of it contents, notable like Dr Daniel shu, founder of lead nation institute, Dr Abua divine abua researcher and lecturer in YIBs. Etc

WISDOM FROM SCRATCH has officially stepped into the world, and the impact was felt in every word shared, every question asked, every mind stirred. The atmosphere proved that young people are hungry for direction, character, and practical wisdom. This book has come as a toolbox for this generation speaking leadership, business ethics, social habits, and wise thinking into a time of fast information but lower reasoning.
