FAKLA General Assembly: A Resounding Success

The Fako Lawyers Association (FAKLA) General Assembly concluded with remarkable success, marking a significant milestone in the growth and advancement of the Association. The Assembly brought together members of the legal profession in an atmosphere of unity, professionalism, and shared commitment to the ideals of justice and excellence.

The meeting provided an opportunity for fruitful deliberations on matters affecting the Association and the legal profession at large. Members actively participated in discussions, reviewed the Association's activities, exchanged valuable ideas, and adopted resolutions aimed at strengthening FAKLA and enhancing its impact within the legal community.

The impressive turnout and level of engagement demonstrated the collective dedication of members to the vision and mission of the Association.

The Assembly further reinforced the spirit of fellowship, collaboration, and mutual support that continues to define FAKLA.

We extend our sincere appreciation to , distinguished Bar Council Members" LSC ASOH EBI EPEY Esq" and "LSC NKEA EMMANUEL Esq" Who also is the Representative of the Batonnier of the South West Region - Cameroon, not forgetting the Vice President of the General Assembly of the Cameroon Bar " Dr Ewule Edward Lyonga Esq" and to all the members of the Association Whose presence and contributions ensured the success of this landmark gathering.

One Step Ahead!

The Fako Lawyers Association (FAKLA) proudly celebrates the participation of one of its distinguished members, Mafany Victor Ngando Esq, in the ongoing Legal & Business Conference Tour 2026 across France and Germany.

Having commenced on 28th May 2026, the tour has already provided a valuable platform for engagement with members of the diaspora, investors, entrepreneurs, and professionals interested in exploring opportunities in Cameroon. Through these interactions, Cameroonian legal expertise has been brought to the forefront, demonstrating the crucial role lawyers play in facilitating investment, business growth, and international cooperation.

As the tour continues, Barrister Ngando is engaging participants on key issues including Foreign Investment in Cameroon, Business and Company Registration, Real Estate and Property Protection, Tax and Corporate Compliance, as well as Family and Adoption Law. These discussions continue to foster meaningful connections and strengthen bridges between Cameroon and its global partners.

With the tour scheduled to conclude on 10th June 2026, FAKLA is optimistic that the engagements and relationships established will translate into lasting partnerships, increased investment opportunities, and enhanced collaboration for the socio-economic development of Cameroon.
