It was another opportunity and an inspiring moment to discuss about mental health with students and their parents at ISPA Higher Institute in Yaounde-Cameroon.

With over 60 participants, the session led by our founder Ngengang Venceslas Mohmoh was graced with mental health talks and practical sessions of deep meditation and exercise as means to improve on our mental health.

Together, lets say NO to hard drugs, No to su***de, NO to madness, NO to involuntary activities etc. With collaborative efforts, we can significantly reduce mental health problems among youths who are the most affected.

We appreciate United People Global and Omega foundation for the partnership and support.

We at United people Limbe Action leaders together with Alpha Omega Foundation, Mendia health center organized a community primary health reach out programme.
For two days in Mendia village, We were able to consult 193 persons in underserved communities, conduct 40 minor surgeries, run 130 Laboratory tests, provide Physiotherapy services to 70 persons and as well as dispensed medication to everyone consulted. We were amazed by the number of women and persons living with disabilities who came.
Many thanks to the community leaders for the mobilization and cooperation.
