After working in the Ecosystem since 2006 (18 years), supporting entrepreneurs, SMEs, and Large, working with corporations, Regional and international organizations, DFIs, Foundations, and Government Agencies, I can conclude at the bottom of every glimpse of innovation and development was either an active Policy framework or lack of policy.

is at the heart of everything we do, and not just policy but a progressive, dynamic human-centric that transcends government mandates, and regimes and can transcend cultural and ethnic targeting.

For us to see a thriving African tech ecosystem, we need to invest and lend our voice to formation, capacity building, and developing the necessary frameworks.
Effectively working with the public sector and all stakeholders for robust, well-implemented, inclusive, and independent policy structures.

Participating as a Round 1 and Round 2 Judge of Africa's Business Heroes has been a pleasure.
Exciting to see the level of quality and scalable Startups and SMEs across Africa, with solid products and services.

It was more about learning what the entrepreneurs were doing and if they could be celebrated as African business heroes.

Congratulations to Africa's Business Heroes Team for the great coordination and to the fellow co-judges with a diversified range of expertise.

Congratulations to the Top 20, See you in Cairo and Kigali
