eive education. Daniel Hopes Foundation Group – (DHFG) of Cameroon through its Sponsorship Program shall provide orphaned children with hope, love and prospects for the future.

2. MAIN OFFICE
The main office shall be in South West Region with area of activities being the entire national territory of Cameroon.
3. MAIN OBJECTIVES
1) This faith based Non Governmental Organization is a Christian Charitable Foundation. It has as main goal to Rescue and Honor those having challenges in live. To improve the quality of life of the orphans and vulnerable children and adults by establishing health care facilities for them.
2) To train care givers in care giving skills to enable these children get adequate care, love and support.
3) To provide adequate education to these children to make them good citizens and have a better future through good education right from a tender age.
4) To create awareness to the community and the outside world the need to protect and support the vulnerable children and the orphans as well as protecting their rights. This non-profit organization seeks to establish its presence in different parts of the world bringing information’s on opportunities in sustainable development on programmed and educational values from other regions of the world for intercultural exchange this will be done through economic development for mutual interest. Her prime objective is to establish networks with associate partners in different partner countries in the world. DHFG welcomes and respects ongoing International initiatives and national policies to take care and give support to vulnerable children and disadvantaged. People fight poverty, ignorance and diseases such as Malaria, Typhoid, Cholera, Immunisable diseases and HIV/AIDS etc. Our activities will be Unisom and collaboration with other stakeholders.
4. MISSION STATEMENT
This rescue mission is created to contribute in the development of our country Cameroon by ensuring quality mobilize resources for addressing the challenges facing orphans, less privilege, street children etc and enable them realize their full potential through promoting programs on education, health care,
recreational skills, social security and moral support to those in need.

We will sort best opportunities for the best people. Help Africans to attain the highest level possible in humanitarian point of view so as to make Africa a first world continent.
5. VISION STATEMENT
The vision of this program is to transform and liberate the orphans, street children and the underprivileged children etc from different live challenges, and to build their capacity through giving them love, care, education and simple activities to do so that they become productive in the society. Giving quality lives to these children and age people will improve their standard of living and improve their knowledge that will help to elevate our country to a first world country by the year 2035. This will bring honor and elevation to our African continent as a whole and the world at large.
6. SPECIFIC AIMS & OBJECTIVES:
1) To improve the quality of life of the orphans and vulnerable children by basic necessities in life like, education, feeding and health care facilities for them. The ages of the beneficial children shall range from 0-18 years.
2) To train care givers during seminars, conferences, workshop, media, campaign etc in care giving skills to enable these children get adequate care, love and support.
3) To provide adequate education to these children to make them good citizens and have a better future through good education right from a tender age, offering them national and international scholarships to give them a best chance in life.
4) To create awareness to the community and the outside world the need to protect and support the vulnerable children and the orphans as well as protecting their rights.
• UNION:
To bring members of the foundation together for a common goal which is to provide our children with basics needs in life and also to bring development to our immediate environment. We have as aim and objectives, (Embracing the blessings of oneness) working together with a determined purpose and diligence so that God will work amongst us. FUNCTIONING
The foundation shall have as organs a General Assembly and an Executive committee. THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY
• Shall be the highest decision making body of the foundation,
• Shall comprise all duly registered members enjoying full membership rights,
• Decides policies,
• Adopt and modifies articles of the Foundation,
• Votes the budgets,
• Approved accounts,
• Elects Executive members,
• Members may be represented at the General Assembly by another member to whom they shall issue a written note,
• A member may not represent more than one other member,
• If a member has challenge of any kind automatically all members are involved.
• Meets once a year in ordinary sessions in an Annual General Meeting to hold between the 7th March to December of each year,
• Meets twice a month ( 2nd and 4th week of each month)
• Meets whenever necessary in extraordinary sessions,
• A quorum of two third majority enjoying full membership rights shall be necessary for meeting to validly hold, e.g. the minimum number of members of an assembly or society that must be present at any of its meetings to make the proceedings of that meeting valid.
• All members must be in the DHFG uniform and badges before coming close to the office and also to make any visitation.
• All files concerning the DHFG must be kept in the main office or with the president.
• In the absence of the president, the treasurer takes charge.
• All the resign or dismissed persons (members) are fully disconnected from DHFG.
• All executives must present their scheme of work every end of the month.
• No file is to be rough handle unless by the authorization of the president. An Executive Boards as Follows:

a) MEMBERSHIP:
Membership is open to all citizens of Cameroonian citizens and foreign nationalities or legally residing in the country without any distinction of Religion, Race, S*x, ethnic background or Language who accept to be bound by the Articles of said Foundation. Membership is by registration but becomes affective after approved by the Board members. Members shall come under four categories:
b) CORPORATE MEMBERS:
These are associations, institutions or businesses having a defined affiliation to the foundation. c) PATRONS:
Patron’s great individuals or organizations that support the Foundation, materially, financially or morally without necessary being its members. d) ORDINARY MEMBERS
Any person who is a citizen in Cameroon with a good moral character and above 18 or at least 21 years of age, have no criminal record or past evil background may be eligible to be a member. These shall be known as Ordinary members. The Ordinary members are to be admitted and selected during the annual General meeting of the foundation normally between 7th March and 31st of December of every year. Application of Membership shall be in the form of presentation by another member (Ordinary or Executive Member) at the Annual General Assembly meeting, provided that no one shall be presented in their absence. Approval of Ordinary Member must be done by at least two executive members. An entry fee for each Ordinary member is 1000CFA or 2$ and above and monthly fee for each member is 500CFA or 1$ and above.
