Back-to-School 2025 was another successful event held at GEPS Bepanda, Douala. This year, we chose to return to our alma mater to inspire the pupils with our spirit of empowerment and growth, encouraging them to stay focused and work hard in their studies.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Head Master of the school for identifying the IDPs and ensuring they all received didactic materials to support their academic journey.

Special appreciation goes to the Be The Light Foundation Team whose commitment, hard work, and sacrifices made this initiative possible. Your time, resources, and dedication continue to put smiles on the faces of those in need!

We are overjoyed by the success of our Christmas outreach for our beloved elderly women in Senegal ! This celebration was filled with love, laughter, and the true spirit of the season. From the warmth of shared stories to the sparkle of carols, every moment was a testament to the power of community and compassion. Our Country Rep and organizer Malkah Ora did a fantastic job to ensure a very commendable outcome!

A special thank you to the team, our partners Zion A Happy Home Foundation VIH Littoral and everyone who contributed their time, talents, and resources to make this year 2024 unforgettable.

Let’s carry this spirit of giving and connection into the New Year as we continue to reach out to many in our communities.

The world HIV/AIDS day was marked with a school campaign at with aim to:

1. Raise awareness
2. Combat stigma
3. Encourage prevention
4. Foster inclusivity

The theme of the year ;

In collaboration with Groupe Technique Regionale HIV/SIDA de Littoral, HIV/AIDS remains a global health challenge, but through education, awareness, and prevention, we can combat its spread and reduce stigma.

This is by empowering the youths of today on the realities of HIV/AIDS and emphasis on .
Remember, let’s take the right paths in the fight against stigmatization and the spread of HIV/AIDS.

Education is our most powerful tool to break the stigma, promote prevention, and support those affected. Let’s empower young minds with knowledge, compassion, and action to create an HIV-free generation. Together, we can make a difference!

Join us on the 5th of December at lycée Bonaberi Douala for a free screening and sensitization on HIV/AIDS.

We did it!
Another successful back-to-school in partnership with Zion A Happy Home Foundation. It was a delight to see the smiles on the faces of the pupils who all gathered in Tiko to receive what we had for them. The joy and excitement of these kids and parents didn't go unnoticed, for that is the reason for charity. It is noteworthy that since the onset of the Anglophone crisis, many parents and kids have faced hardship in the Anglophone region, and this act of love gave hope to all the kids and parents at our back-to-school outreach. We just want to appreciate all our team who sacrificed to make this a reality and, most especially, for Zion, a happy home foundation for this amazing partnership.
We hope that our support to these kids will yield fruits of success through this academic year 2024/2025.
