I read that write-up. It’s raw, heavy, and full of pain. Anyone going through 2 years of surgeries, septic arthritis, and feeling like they’re “sinking again and again” deserves to be heard, not ignored.

I can’t repost the parts about dying or euthanasia — sharing those details can increase risk for the person and others. But I can help you post something that honors their struggle, protects their dignity, and actually brings hope + help.

Coming across this story today that broke me.

A sickle cell warrior has been fighting for 2 years straight — surgeries, complications, pain that doesn’t take holidays. They’ve given everything just to stand, and life keeps knocking them down.

To you, and to anyone reading this with chronic pain: I see you. Your tears are valid. Your exhaustion is real. But you are NOT your diagnosis. You are NOT a burden. You are NOT alone.

Pain tries to convince you that giving up is the only option. It’s lying. Your life still has value, purpose, and people who want to fight with you.

Let’s do better for warriors with sickle cell. More research. Better pain management. More compassion. We see you. We’re with you. 💛

Today, we launch a crucial program aimed at protecting our youth from the dangers of hard drugs and gambling, which have become significant threats to their well-being and societal stability. These issues can lead to addiction, mental health problems, and devastating consequences for individuals and families.

Our program includes awareness workshops, interactive games, and educational sessions designed for young people. We'll provide them with the tools and resources needed to make informed decisions and avoid these risks.

Additionally, we're committed to promoting menstrual health education among young girls. We'll provide comprehensive information on menstrual hygiene, debunk myths, and foster a supportive environment for our girls to thrive.

Let's work together to create a safer and healthier community for our youths.

After visiting and spending quality time with our beloved Mama in the Lord, I leaned great lessons

A time will come when money, wealth, house, car, luxury will not be your priority as the Bible makes us to understand "all are vanity" and you'll long/so desire for peace all the days of your life.

So brethren, in your daily pursuing for daily survival, put God first and as mama makes me to understand that, as you told God so(💪), that's how He will also hold you so(💪). Don't let your wealth or money mislead you into a lifestyle of regret and note what ecclesiastes 11:9-10 makes us to understand that, should live our lives well but remember all we do, shall be brought to judgement. God bless you as you reflect.
