Daily ONE HEALTH Tip
Under the One Health Approach Drug abuse is considered a top priority health intervention.
Designed as Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) in French RAM it takes into consideration
1. Mental health and Drug Abuse ( Over/Under use of Drugs, Auto Medication and TBA)
2. Use of vaccines in livestock farming like piggery and poultry.
3. The use of chemicals on farms like tomatoes, fruit, cocoa in small and Large scale that enter our food via minute traces
For Mental Health and Drug abuse under One Health Approach, we look at it holistically considering the ever continuous interaction between humans, animals and Environment.
We can not do without psycho Education at all levels and we can't work independently
Waste from animal poultry are used as manure in farms.
If animals were sick and or received medicine or vaccines, waste products from those medications and passed out in f***s which we or they deposit it on our soil directly or indirectly. Traces get into our food and streams
Waste from patients at hospitals like f***s and urine also make way to our soil and water through latrines and other waste disposal channels everyday
They pose serious health threats as the cycle continues
We can't stop working or integration so we use One Health Approach
